A very bright start to the day. After some time on the computer we both went into the garden. At last some real gardening work. Alison moved lots of potted plants that were in the potting area into the small greenhouse. Mostly Scented Pelargonium and plants being nurtured.

I started on the Peach tree. It was blossoming behind its winter cover, so I rolled it up and secured it with clips. I then got my paint brush and did my first pollinating of 2021. I will have to do this a few more times in the next couple of weeks.

I started in the potting area and rationalised the ones left, not doing so well and the dead ones. I cleared them all. I then decided to pot up the Chrysanthemum Alouise Pink that I had put into a large tray to root. only one had failed to root so I now have 22 chrysanthemums ready to go into the garden in a few weeks time.

When this was done I started on some other stuff that needed potting on. 5 Parsley plants, some Foxgloves and I think I have some Zinnia ready for potting on, tomorrow.

I also took some photos in the garden this morning, a varied selection of plants.
