A greyer start to the day than yesterday, but still dry.
The day started with a phone call from BBC Gardeners Corner about the question I asked about removing the cover from my peach tree. I got good advice and it was keep the cover on till about mid May. I have it lifted at present because there is no rain in the forecast until next Thursday.
I did my second pollination of the Peaches by brush today, all is looking good.

I used a little used part of the garden to plant some Parsnips. If they germinate the earliest they will be ready is by November. I used an old cooling grid from a fridge to protect these seed from the birds.

When I was in this area I did a good bit of weeding around the Rhubarb.
When I was doing the weeding I came across a ground living Bee, no idea of what sort, but here is a picture, it eventually disappeared under a stone.
